Alternate work and rest

Do not overdo it, remember that work should bring joy. At least once an hour, get distracted from your worries, enjoy the result of the work already done, praise yourself and give your muscles and joints a well-deserved rest.

Work in the right position

Take care of your back and lower back - do not work, bending over for a long time. If you have a long landing and weeding work, then get a low chair or bed and continue your actions on your knees. Before work and during breaks, be sure to do a small exercise - knead your shoulders and lumbosacral.

Try to bend less, use a chopper with a long handle for weeding, water the beds with a hose or irrigation system, etc.

Watch out for the sun

Get out to the beds before noon and after four in the evening, when the sun is not as active as in the daytime. On a hot day, relax in the shade of the trees. Try to cover your back and arms with clothes - this will help to avoid a "summer" tan, as well as not to burn yourself. Be sure to apply sunscreen to exposed parts of the body.

Choose clothes for garden work from natural fabrics - linen, cotton. They better absorb moisture, allow air to pass through and do not create a “greenhouse effect”.

Do not forget about hats. Clothing and a hat should be in bright colors.

Antipyretic, antihistamines, antibacterials, dressings - should be in the arsenal of any gardener.

People suffering from cardiovascular diseases must have the medications recommended by their doctor. In addition to the above, it is necessary to measure the pressure at least twice a day - in the morning and in the evening.

Alternate types of load

Landing can be diversified by watering, work with a shovel - garbage removal, weeding - rake cleaning. This is necessary so that physical labor is not too burdensome for the body. And it’s better to alternate work with walking barefoot on the lawn - this is the easiest way to relieve stress and fatigue.

Follow these simple rules and then the joy of a large harvest and excellent rest does not get darkened by pain in the back and joints, increased pressure and other unpleasant consequences of summer cottages. Remember that taking care of yourself and preventing diseases is much easier and cheaper than restoring your already lost health.
