Gingerbread cookies

A traditional European treat can be prepared simply and quickly. The basic recipe is diversified by pleasant additions in the form of pieces of chocolate, raisins or confectionery powder.

Ingredients:

  • honey - 300 gr;
  • sugar - 250 gr;
  • butter - 200 gr;
  • flour - 0.75 kg;
  • eggs - 4 pcs.;
  • ground ginger - 2 tsp;
  • cinnamon - 2 tsp;
  • cocoa powder - 2 tsp;
  • baking powder - 4 tsp;
  • orange peel - 2 tsp;
  • vanillin - 2 pinches.

Cooking:

  1. Mix the melted butter with liquid honey, sugar and eggs.
  2. Add all the spices and knead the dough. Send to a cool place for an hour.
  3. Roll the workpiece into a uniform layer up to 1 cm thick.
  4. Using the shapes, cut future gingerbread from the cake.
  5. Lay out cooking paper or parchment on a baking sheet and lay the dough on it.
  6. Bake until cooked for 25 minutes at 180 degrees.
  7. Remove from the oven and decorate.

Turron

An extraordinary delicacy is prepared in Italy, France and even Latin America. It is noteworthy that in each country this dessert has its own characteristics, but the key components of the recipe are similar.

Ingredients:

  • nuts - 150 gr;
  • honey - 260 gr;
  • sugar - 200 gr;
  • egg whites - 1 pc.;
  • icing sugar - 100 g;
  • vegetable oil.

Cooking:

  1. Cover the baking dish with cooking paper, lightly greasing it with oil.
  2. Peel nuts and dry a little in a frying pan or in the oven until lightly browned.
  3. Transfer honey to a saucepan and put on a slow fire. When melted, add sugar and continue the procedure for 5 minutes at a temperature of 120 degrees.
  4. In a separate bowl, mix protein and powdered sugar. Beat with a mixer until a lush and uniform foam is formed.
  5. Slowly introduce honey syrup into the resulting mass without stopping mixing.
  6. Continue whisking for about 5 minutes.
  7. Add nuts to the working mixture and mix thoroughly.
  8. Carefully pour the resulting mass into the prepared baking dish.
  9. Cut the mold from the cooking paper to the size of the top of the nut mixture and cover.
  10. Send to a cool place for 3-4 hours. Cut into a convenient shape.

Creamy Chocolate Pudding

This delicate dessert will be a great addition to the Christmas feast. The main advantage of the dish is that it can be given any shape.

Ingredients:

  • cream 15% - 100 gr;
  • milk 3.2% - 300 ml;
  • dark chocolate - 100 gr;
  • sugar - 100 g;
  • vanilla sugar - 10 g;
  • instant gelatin - 15 g;
  • cocoa powder - 1 tsp.

Cooking:

  1. Pour milk into a saucepan and warm slightly. Introduce gelatin and mix thoroughly.
  2. Stir constantly, bring the mixture to a boil. Do not cook the workpiece, but completely dissolve the gelatin.
  3. Add cream, vanilla and regular sugar. Stir and bring to a boil again.
  4. Pour half the resulting mass into molds.
  5. Add chocolate to the rest of the milk-gelatin base. It should be either finely chopped or grated.
  6. Place the mixture on the lowest heat and completely dissolve the chocolate.
  7. Carefully pour the resulting mass into molds on top of the previous one. Cover with cooking film and send to a cool place for 4-5 hours.
  8. Remove the finished dish from the tins and serve. Use cocoa powder as a decoration. If desired, can be replaced with coconut.

Christmas log

"Log" will definitely attract attention and for a long time will be remembered by guests not only for its unusual appearance, but also for its excellent taste.

Ingredients for Biscuit:

  • chicken eggs - 4 pcs.;
  • sugar - 3 tbsp. l .;
  • flour - 2 tbsp. l .;
  • corn starch - 2 tbsp. l

For cream:

  • vanilla sugar - 1 tsp;
  • butter - 250 gr;
  • icing sugar - 200 g;
  • milk - 100 ml;
  • cocoa powder - 4 tbsp. l .;
  • vanilla sugar.

To decorate:

  • vanilla sugar - 2 tsp;
  • cocoa powder - 2 tbsp. l .;
  • powdered sugar - 1 tbsp. l

Cooking:

  1. Beat with a mixer the eggs with sugar until a dense foam appears for 7 minutes.
  2. In a separate bowl, mix starch and flour, put into an egg mixture through a sieve. Stir until smooth.
  3. Cover the pan with cooking paper, pour the billet and bake at 170 degrees for 15-20 minutes until cooked.
  4. Take out the finished cake, remove the parchment, carefully roll it into a roll and cool.
  5. Boil milk, then cool and pour into cocoa powder, powdered sugar, butter and vanilla sugar. Mix the mass with a mixer at low speed for at least 10 minutes.
  6. Expand the roll, grease the cake with half the resulting cream, sprinkle with grated chocolate and roll again.
  7. Cut 1/3 of the workpiece at an angle of 45 degrees, attach to the side with a cream, and cover the whole roll with the rest.
  8. Using a knife, carefully imitate the bark and sprinkle with cocoa powder. Garnish with icing sugar on top.

Stollen

Ingredients:

  • butter - 130 gr;
  • egg - 1 pc.;
  • sugar - 100 g;
  • flour - 300 gr;
  • cottage cheese - 130 gr;
  • orange - 1 pc.;
  • baking powder - 1 tsp;
  • raisins, dried apricots, walnuts - 50 g each;
  • dried cherry - 100 g;
  • candied fruits - 50 gr;
  • melted butter - 40 gr;
  • cognac - 50 ml;
  • icing sugar for decoration.
