  • 100 g of arugula;
  • green onions;
  • 12 dates berries;
  • 1 red onion;
  • cinnamon on the tip of a knife;
  • 1 tsp brown sugar;

  • 5 tbsp. l heavy cream and liquid honey;
  • 1 tsp cinnamon.

Preparing the appetizer as follows:

  1. Dried fruits must be washed, then dried and chopped. Fry nuts in a dry pan, then peel and ceiling.
  2. Pour boiling water over the required amount of couscous, cover and leave for 5 minutes. After this time, mix and cool.
  3. For cream, combine cream, honey and cinnamon. If desired, you can add nutmeg. Pour couscous with it, mix and leave until all liquid is absorbed.
  4. Add dried fruits and walnuts. To stir thoroughly.
